Roger then started a BMX manufacturing company in the early 80's which became CW Racing. In 1983 or 1984 CW made the Z frame as a goof for a trade show. The response was so great they decided to produce a limited number. Early models have the serial number on the BB, later models on the rear dropout. 1981: CW XM-MINI FRAME. CW ad: 1981 started out with the XM-Mini frame designed especially for the small rider.
